Detroit police looking for 3 siblings taken by non-custodial mother

Detroit police are looking for three missing siblings believed to have been taken by their non-custodial mother.

London, Demario and Noel Davis were last seen in the 2000 block of Iroquois Street Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. at school when their father Demario Davis went to pick them up. 

Demario has custody of the kid's and he saw their mother Tasha Davis at the school also. Tasha Davis stated she wanted the children to spend her birthday with her so she took them without his permission. Police say this may be a parental custody battle.

All three children are in good physical and mental condition.

London was last seen wearing a superwoman costume, and a green jacket. Demario was seen wearing a spider man costume with a black and gray jacket,. Noel was last seen wearing a superhero costume black and a gray jacket.
