Suspect Jason Boyce.

A suspect accused of a deadly stabbing turned himself in after nearly 24 hours on the run.

The victim's family was already grieving when they learned that his business had been robbed and ransacked, overnight.

The investigation continues into the murder of 55-year-old Obie Moore - a husband, father, friend and businessman - stabbed to death outside his warehouse in southwest Detroit on Green Street Saturday afternoon.

The suspect - 42 year old Jason Boyce. Now under arrest, Boyce turned himself in to police on Sunday - investigators say the two men had a dispute about money - a debt that was owed. Boyce then allegedly stabbed Moore multiple times and dragged his body inside the warehouse and left.

Fatally wounded, Moore was able to call his other business - The Auction Block, which called 911. Emergency responders could hear Moore inside when they arrived - but ultimately couldn't save him.

We expect to have that warrant in the prosecutor's office in the morning," Craig said.

Police say they also discovered an elaborate grow operation in the back of the warehouse - but say it appeared to be in compliance with medical marijuana guidelines and was not related to the murder case.

In the meantime - more problems for the victim's family over at the Auction Block. Moore's daughter told FOX 2 that the business has been burglarized.

Someone broke in through a window - taking all their valuables even the security cameras, someone taking advantage of an already terrible situation.
