White Lake couple arrested for making child porn

WHITE LAKE, Mich. - Police have arrested a White Lake couple for making child pornography.

Colin Matthew Boyle, 29, and his wife, Anngela Boyle, 25, made pornography using a 2-year-old girl and 3-year-old boy.

Both are facing multiple counts of child pornography after investigators allegedly found pictures and videos in their home.

Colin Boyle is a tier 3 sex offender with previous convictions in 2004 and 2007.

In documents, Anngela Boyle told investigators that she and her husband engaged in sexual explicit activity with small children on at least four occasions.

In documents, Anngela Boyle said that Colin would have his phone out during the encounters but said she is not sure if he video recorded them.

They are charged with production, distribution, receipt and possession of child pornography.

Anngela Boyle told investigators that she and her husband sent child pornography to each other with their cell phones.

She said that child pornography is the "only thing" that sexually excites her husband.

Colin Boyle had previously been found guilty of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct.
