Metro Detroit School Closings: Closures for Jan. 14
(FOX 2) - School closings are rolling in after another round of winter weather descended on Metro Detroit on Wednesday.
The snow won't last forever, but slippery conditions remain and temperatures will feel like they're below zero thanks to the wind chill.
Winter Weather in Michigan: Snowfall wreaking havoc on Metro Detroit travel
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect around Southeast Michigan due to falling snow and tumbling temperatures making driving hazardous on highways. Up to five inches are expected in the immediate area with even more snow expected to fall in the thumb.
