Detroit police chief James White reports reduction in homicides, non-fatal shootings in 2021

James White said he wasn't celebrating the numbers that police had showing a reduction in homicides and non-fatal shootings, but was encouraged by what they could mean. They include a 4% decline in fatal shootings and 9% decline in non-fatal shootings. There was also a decline in burglaries.
