Detroit sued in $50M wrongful death after officer's punch

The family of Daryl Vance miss the paternal figure after he died following a dispute with an officer that ended with the 70-year-old retiree being punched in the face. His head hit the pavement when he fell. He was taken to the hospital when his nephew got a call.
