Family of murdered mom to be celebrated at Lightfest, located at Merriman Hollow Park

Frankie Marks was at a barbecue with her kids three months ago when gunfire rang out at Rouge Park on the west side of the west Detroit. As police continue searching for the killer, the Wayne County Parks Department is honoring Marks' life by having her seven kids at the grand opening of Lightface at Merriman Hollow Park.
