Chief Craig: Evening curfew still on, will assess whether to allow protests

After an amicable protest Wednesday that was allowed to extend to beyond the curfew, Detroit Police Chief James Craig said the same curfew will be in effect Thursday. He said like the previous evening, he would make assessments on allowing protesters to continue marching.
