Victim hit by vehicle after getting flat tire on I-96 in Detroit
DETROIT (FOX 2) - A victim suffered serious injuries when they were struck by a vehicle after getting a flat tire Thursday in Detroit.
According to Michigan State Police, just before 6 a.m. the victim experienced a flat tire and stopped on the gore of the express and local lanes of westbound I-96 near Outer Drive. The victim got out of their vehicle and was hit by another driver.
An investigation is ongoing.
