As the leaders of Texas hold a press briefing to update the tragedy at Uvalde, Beto O'Rourke interrupted the briefing to tell the governor and state officials that the mass murder of 19 children and two teachers was predictable. Sen. Ted Cruz told him he's out of line and told him to sit down as he was escorted out.
