The Michigan based Joe Vicari Restaurant Group, has become the 22nd largest restaurant group in the United States in terms of restaurant unit count with 25 restaurants across 10 concepts, as ranked by Nations Restaurant News and Technomic. For over 40 years, Detroit restaurateur Joe Vicari has opened restaurants based on three basic principles: fresh authentic cuisine, impeccable service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. These three values are conveyed in each brand. Today, the restaurant group operates locations in metro Detroit, MI, Las Vegas, NV, and Nashville, TN. Restaurant concepts include Andiamo, a made-from-scratch Italian restaurant that first opened in 1989. Joe Muer Seafood, established in 1929 (and later acquired by Vicari), providing fresh seafood and premium aged meats. The Statler French-American Bistro, offering classic French-influenced cuisine with a modern twist. The Birmingham Pub, providing a twist to the classic gastropub experience.
