Michigan SOS Jocelyn Benson: Election workers voice security concerns

Benson said many poll workers have told her that they are afraid, in the wake of political tension. To protect poll workers if things get out of hand, the state has installed direct and rapid emergency call lines to local law enforcement, and the legislature has also beefed up the penalties for those who harass or harm the workers.
