Detroit family calls for justice in July 4 mass shooting
A Detroit family is pleading for answers in the unsolved mass shooting that claimed the lives of two, including 21-year-old Phillip Arnold Junior, at a Fourth of July block party. The family calls on witnesses to come forward as the Detroit Police suggest gang involvement with no new leads on the shooters' identities.
