Judge voids plea after seeing video of Detroit officer shooting man

A Wayne County judge chose to void a plea deal for a man shot by Detroit police after seeing video of the interaction and saying that the officer was acting like a "cowboy." However, the Court of Appeals ruled that the case will go to trial.
