Simmons & Clark Jewelers is celebrating serving Detroit for 100 years and helping to mold the next generation of entrepreneurs. It welcomed students ages 8-18 from the Money Matters for Youth summer program, as they presented a strategic proposal for how the century-old business can thrive for the next 100 years. The hands-on experience gives youth the chance to act as investors and business consultants, analyzing real-world operations and proposing ideas for innovation, growth and profitability. This event is part of Money Matters for Youth?s mission to empower Detroit-area youth with financial literacy and entrepreneurial experience, fostering future leaders through hands-on engagement.
