4 arraigned after leading police on car chase

Four men taken into custody following a vehicle pursuit and foot chase in Rochester Hills earlier this week have been formally arraigned in the 52-1 District Court before Magistrate Langham. Their Probable Cause Conference is scheduled for September 8, 2025, at the 52-3 District Court. The arrests stem from an August 28 incident in which deputies responded to reports of suspects attempting to break into vehicles in the 1500 block of Pembroke. The suspects fled in a vehicle, leading deputies on a pursuit that ended in a crash near Livernois and Avon Road. All four fled on foot but were quickly captured through coordinated efforts of deputies, the K9 Unit, and Drone Unit.
