Food pantries struggling with demand amid concern of SNAP pause

As the federal shutdown persists into its second month with no end in sight, concerns of aid reaching needy families amid a pause in SNAP benefits are starting to grow. While judges have ordered the program be funding during the shutdown, the worry about those who purchase groceries with the help of subsidies is not going away.
