Thieves keep stealing from a southwest Detroit welder

There is a serious dearth in the number of manufacturers with welding experience in the field. Donald Martin of Welding Concepts Training is trying to fix that, but now has to deal with more than a 100,000 dollars in stolen equipment. His site at Vernor and 21st Street was broken into a third time.
