Auto showrooms, retail businesses set to reopen by appointment on Tuesday

The latest sect of businesses to have restrictions lifted on their operations starts Tuesday, with some retail and auto dealerships reopening by appointment only. Last week, Gov. Gretchen Whitmer gave the green light to those businesses, as well as bars and restaurants up north and elective medical surgeries as well.
