Michigan GOP leader says he regrets words, not key points in claiming Capitol riot a hoax

Michigan Republican and Senate leader Mike Shirkey told Lt. Gov. Garlin Gilchrist that he doesn't regret the key points he was trying to make in a recorded video where he called the Capitol riots a hoax but says he was referring to the 'assignment of cause' when calling it a hoax.
