Detroit police detective accused of OWI in Harper Woods

A homicide detective with the Detroit Police Department is facing charges of allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and causing an accident.  “The Detroit Police Department is aware of an incident that occurred in another jurisdiction involving one of our officers while off-duty.
