Lobster Roll Flight + Soft Serve Peach Bellini -- Brioche Lobster roll Bun 4 each Butter 1/8 tsp Step 2 Shredded Lettuce 4 TBS Lobster meat 4 oz Lobster Roll Dressing 2 oz Lemon Butter 1 Tbsp Scampi Butter 1 Tbsp Bacon Lardons 1 Tbsp Diced tomatoes 1 Tbsp Step 3 Fries 6 Oz Coleslaw 2 oz Process Step 1 Butter Both sides of bread and toast on pan. Step 2 Mix 2 ounces of lobster with lobster roll dressing. In two different saute pans heat up scampi b utter in one pan and lemon butter in another. Then put one ounce of lobster meat in each pan. Once bread is toasted fill with shredded lettuce. Then add lobster meat to each bun (lemon b utter in one, scampi butter in one, split the lobster mixed with lobster roll dressing in two). Garnish one lobster roll with lobster roll dressing with bacon lardons and diced tomatoes Step 3 Serve on with fries and coleslaw.
