Dan Sullivan takes on Dan Sullivan in Alaska; DOJ files suit | The Verdict

FOX 2's legal analyst Charlie Langton talks about the DOJ's lawsuit over Dan Sullivan in the race for Alaskan Senator.  Current Sen. Dan S. Sullivan is being challenged by Dan J. Sullivan for the seat in a 3-way race with Mary Peltola also on the ballot.  Last week the Department of Justice filed a lawsuit to say that if the challenger wins they want to investigate why the challenger is on the ballot.
