Detroit police investigating after naked woman found dead on city's west side

DETROIT (FOX 2) - Detroit police are investigating after a woman was found dead on the city's west side.

Her body was found Sunday around 11:45 a.m. in the 2700 block of Whitney, near Linwood.

She was found naked and lying in a field, according to police.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
