Man barricades self in Mt. Clemens condo, shoots at deputies after neighbor dispute

A dispute with a neighbor over a dog led to a man firing shots and barricading himself in a Mt. Clemens condo. Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said the man shot at deputies twice.
