Neighbors talk about rushing to aid of elderly man wounded during Detroit shooting spree

Thanks to some quick thinking and brave actions by neighbors, a Detroit man wasn't the fourth victim to be fatally shot amid a chaotic shooting spree Sunday on Detroit's west side.
