Famed food critic honoring victims of random mass shooting with community event, local meals

Starex Smith is known as the Hungry Black Man who has build a social media platform around his food reviews. He was in Detroit feasting on some local cuisine when a gunman killed three people in a random shooting spree. He told FOX 2 he wouldn't feel comfortable not helping out the city during a mourning period for the victims.
