Detroit makes deal to ensure paratransit continues after council's inaction

Mayor Mike Duggan announced emergency intervention and action was taken by his office to ensure that full-strength paratransit transportation would continue despite recent efforts by the City Council to cut services back by 70 percent, effective January 1st.
