Bloomfield Township salon loses week of appointments from power outage
Last week's ice storm led to a power outage that closed Kate Cibor's salon, Pure Hair in Bloomfield Hills, for a whole week. She said she had to call about 30 clients a day and is now trying to make back the money lost.
