Above & Beyond November 1, 2023 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm Detroit Marriott Renaissance Center Join us for the 11th annual Above & Beyond Awards Ceremony, A Blue Tie Affair! The 11th annual Above & Beyond Awards Ceremony is right around the corner and we hope you will join us as we celebrate Detroit's brave first responders. We are proud to host this touching tribute, honoring Detroit Police, Fire and EMS. The DPSF works with DPD and DFD leadership to determine the recipients of the prestigious Medal of Valor, Purple Heart and Emergency Medical Merit awards, honoring the best of the best within the Detroit Police and Fire Departments.
