Detroit stunt drivers working with the city where drivers can continue without stopping traffic

Dangerous stunt drivers are burning rubber on roads all over Detroit. You've seen the viral videos and Detroit police have called their actions dangerous. But now, the group says they're working with the city to create an area off of the streets, where drivers can continue without stopping traffic or putting others in danger. But should the City of Detroit help to legitimize their stunts?
