Mild Today. Christmas Day Polar Plunge
Temperatures are expected at least 15 degrees above normal. Highs should top out near 50 degrees under partly to mostly cloudy skies. Rain showers are possible tonight as a cold front pushes in with lots of wind. At times, winds could gust over 30 mph. Though we will start Thursday in the 30s, most of the afternoon hours will be in the 20s, so it is going to be chilly. That will set the stage for a freezing cold Christmas with highs only in the mid 20s along with a few snow showers.
