New CDC mask recommendations throw wrench in Michigan's reopening strategy

The CDC says you no longer have to wear a mask in most locations if you're vaccinated - both indoors and outdoors. But Michigan has tied its reopening strategy to vaccine rates and lifting the state's mask requirement was only going to happen at 70% coverage.
