Neighbor near Temple Israel: Number of police 'just kept growing' during active shooter situation

Jamie Vaughn said she was working at her home near Temple Israel when she saw police swarming the Jewish synagogue. An armed man is now dead, while a security guard suffered minor injuries after being struck by the shooter's vehicle.
