Ingredients 2lbs ground short ribs 2lbs ground beef brisket 2lbs ground Delmonico steak 1 diced red onion 2 oz chili garlic paste 8oz parmesan cheese grated 8oz Asiago Cheese Shredded 8oz mozzarella cheese shredded 8oz mascarpone cheese 1 oz salt and pepper mix 2lbs mixed wild mushrooms Instructions Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated.
