Trump: 'We should have the lowest interest rates anywhere in the world'

Speaking about an agreement with nearly a dozen drugmakers to lower prices for prescription medicine in the U.S., President Donald Trump said Monday interest rates are too high, and America should have the lowest interest rates of anywhere in the world.
