Michigan Flavors Dinner on Sept. 28 to benefit Make-A-Wish

Culinary businesses and farmers across Michigan are teaming up to help Make-A-Wish Foundation with a charity dinner.

The Michigan Flavors Dinner raises money for the Michigan chapter and celebrates its 6th anniversary this year. It takes place Thursday, Sept. 28th at The Great Lakes Culinary Center in Southfield.

On the menu you'll find pumpkin bisque, oatmeal pie, braised venison and more. This year's dinner highlights the White Horse Inn (Metamora), Iron Fish Distillery (Thomasville), La Gloria Bakery (Detroit), Mud Lake Farms (Hudsonville) and Karl's Cabin (Plymouth Township).
