Ocean Prime prepares 12 oz. Bone-in Filet & King Crab


  1. Bone-In Filet – 12oz
  2. Alaska King Crab – 4oz
  3. Brussel Sprout – 2oz
  4. Cauliflower – 2 oz
  5. Pancetta – 1oz
  6. Fig Balsamic – 1.5oz
  7. Clarified Butter – 3oz
  8. Salt – To Taste
  9. Black Pepper – To Taste


  1. Season steak with blended olive oil, salt and black pepper. Broil in 1200-degree broiler until desired temperature is reached.
  2. While the steak is cooking, warm king crab in clarified butter until ready to plate.
  3. Roast Brussel sprouts and cauliflower in oven then render pancetta in a sauté pan until it begins to crisp.
  4. Once pancetta is ready, add vegetables and toss with balsamic. Season as needed.
  5. To plate, put steak to right center with veg stacked next to it leaning over the bone.
  6. Add king crab to top of steak and finish plate with a drizzle of balsamic and a few fig pieces.
