Oysters are a popular summer-time meal but there's a trick or two to shucking and eating them right.
New York City-based oyster expert Rifko Meier, of Oysters XO, is in town this weekend for special appearances at Fram in Hazel Park. Meier and Bryan Lamorena, the beverage director at Frame, dropped by the Fox2 Kitchen to teach us and Fox2 anchors Charlie Langton and Erika Erickson how to shuck the right way.
