'Save A Lot' catches thieves trying to steal customer info at Detroit stores

Skimmers have been around for a while and incidents have even increased to 368% compared to four years prior. Now, an alleged criminal duo is going around placing skimmers in three different stores to steal from shoppers and businesses.
