Attorney: teen who hit cop destroyed evidence, flushed system after crash

The Wayne County prosecutor's office announced charges Tuesday against 19-year-old Jonathan David Cole of Belleville in the crash that severely injured Officer Fadi Shukur. Court records didn't list a lawyer for Cole, who is due back in court later this month after being ordered held Tuesday on $150,000 bond.
