Advice from HR expert on inappropriate workplace behavior

(WJBK) - "Today" show host Matt Lauer was fired from NBC News over allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct, the network announced Wednesday. Lauer has become the latest high-profile person facing allegations of inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace. 

Greg Packer, the chairman and CEP of Access Point, joined us in studio to tell us more about inappropriate behavior in the workplace. His company is hired to handle HR matters for other businesses.
