America's Night of Hope with Joel and Victoria July 23

On Saturday, July 23, 2016, Joel and Victoria Osteen will hold their 8th annual "America's Night of Hope" at Comerica Park; an evening of hope and inspiration expected to draw tens of thousands from across the country.

"Victoria and I love the people of Michigan," said Pastor Joel Osteen. "We're excited to be at Comerica Park for the first time, and we believe everyone who attends will be uplifted and filled with an expectation that their best days are yet to come."

This year marks the 8th annual event for America's Night of Hope. The first was on April 25, 2009 at Yankee Stadium -just nine days after the new ballpark opened. These annual stadium events have also been held at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago, Nationals Park in Washington D.C., Marlins Park in Miami, and AT & T Park in San Francisco.

Tickets are $15. The event starts at 7 p.m. You can get more information and tickets at www.joelosteen.com. You can learn more about their event from them by watching their interview in the video player above.

At the end of the interview, we mention Joel Osteen's Generation Hope Project. You can read more about the local teen whose charity was chosen for his project here
