Apple pie from Rock City Eatery

This recipe for apple pie comes courtesy of Rock City Eatery.
·         1 refrigerated pie crust
·         1 cup granulated sugar
·         ¼ cup all-purpose flour
·         1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
·         5 cups thinly sliced & peeled apples
·         ½ cup caramel sauce
·         2 tablespoons of cream
·         ½ cup packed brown sugar
·         ½ cup butter
1.       Heat oven to 375 degrees
2.       Make pie crust as directed on box for two-crust pie using 9-inch pan
3.       In a large bowl, mix granulated sugar, ¼ cup flour and cinnamon
4.       Add apples and toss to coat
5.       Spoon apple mixture into crust-lined plate
6.       In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons caramel sauce and cream; drizzle mixture over apples
7.       In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup flour and the brown sugar
8.       With a pastry blender, cut in butter until mixture looks like coarse crumbs and sprinkle over filling
9.       Top the filling with second pie crust and tuck in the edges
10.   Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until golden brown
11.   Let cool for 10 minutes and drizzle remaining caramel apple dip over pie
12.   Let cool at least 2 hours before serving
