Detroit-native speaking at Jewish Center Book Fair

(WJBK) - A Detroit native is returning hom to speak about her book at the Jewish Center Book fair.

A former writer for The Wall Street Journal and The Christian Science Monitor, Lynda Schuster's book is called "Dirty Wars and Polished Silver: The Life and Times of a War Correspondent Turned Ambassatrix."

Schuster returns to the area for an event at 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Jewish Book Fair, 6600 West Maple Road in West Bloomfield. The book fair runs from Monday through Nov. 12.
