Downtown Oxford businesses paying it forward together

(FOX 2) - Businesses in downtown Oxford are working together this holiday season to pay it forward. 

The Who-liday Shopping Spectacular is a 25-day event that combines shopping local, supporting local charities, and some free family fun, all wrapped up in a "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" theme with a big pay-it-forward bow on top.
