Avocados continue to grow in popularity and have become a trendy health food. As a result, chefs from all across the culinary spectrum are using them creatively and in different ways.
Hassan Musselmani, of the Drunken Rooster Food Truck, is among them, and serves up a special dish he calls Avocado Toast with lamb confit and pickled red onions. He stopped by the Fox2 News Kitchen Sunday morning to show how he does it.
