First Grabbagreen in Michigan opens this weekend

(WJBK) - Grabbagreen is opening its first store in Michigan this weekend. 

Grabbagreen was founded in Arizona by two moms who were looking for healthy food on-the-go. They have a variety of bowls, wraps, smoothies and juices, that can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 

The Grabbagreen in Michigan is in Birmingham, at 176 N. Old Woodward. It's opening on Saturday, August 11 at 9 a.m. 

Owner Spencer Raymond joined us on The Nine to tell us more about Grabbagreen's food, and the big grand opening. You can hear from him in the video player above. You'll find giveaways and fun activities for families at the restaurant Saturday.

Grabbagreen has over 25 locations across the US including locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Maryland, Minnesota, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas and continues its growth.
