Fred Astaire Dance Studio Expands

The Fred Astaire Dance Studio has been bringing people together and celebrating the art of dance from its lone location in Bloomfield Hills for more than a decade. Owner Evan Mountain says it's time to expand and announced the opening of a second studio at 5526 Drake Rd. in West Bloomfield.

Additional locations in Novi, Northville, Ann Arbor, Detroit and West Michigan are also in consideration. 

Mountain and a few dancers stopped by the Fox2 News studios Saturday morning to discuss those plans and showcase the talent of a few dancers.
