Gifting Marijuana for Christmas as Last-Minute Stocking Stuffers

Christmas is almost here and if you're out of ideas for that last-minute stocking stuffer, the Greenhouse of Walled Lake has a non-traditional gift idea as an alternative: marijuana.

While recreational marijuana won't be legal in Michigan for another few days following the November election, the current law is clear: you can't buy or sell it, but you can gift marijuana if you have a marijuana card fromt he state. 

Jerry Millen, a partner at Greenhouse, stopped by the Fox2 News studios Sunday morning to break down some of the legal framework regarding marijuana, and he brought some samples to show off.
